The demon in today’s advent calendar is a gazelle-headed wooden figurine.
This figure was also overlaid with plastered linen and is very similar to the ram-headed guardian that was featured on Day 18. They were also both found in the same place (tomb of Thutmose III, KV 34) and probably had the same type of function. However, this demon is in a different position, sitting on the floor, like many of the 2D depictions of guardians, rather than on a throne. Also, this gazelle-headed being has its upper torso facing a different direction to its lower torso, which is again more similar to the 2D depictions of guardians.
